Agreement

By using hosevents.com, joining a list, or submitting an application, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, to join a list, or to attend our events. Some events additionally require you to be 21 or over to be served alcohol. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door, every time, with no exceptions.

Text messages

When you tick the consent box and submit your number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from House of Saints at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out ends messages from every House of Saints event series, not only the one you signed up for.

You confirm that the number you submit is your own and that you are authorised to receive messages at it. Do not enter someone else’s number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Tickets and events

Tickets are sold through a third-party ticketing provider, on their checkout and under their terms and refund policy. Your purchase is with them. Any question about a charge, a refund or a transfer goes to that provider first.

Event details can change. Lineups, start times and venues are subject to change, and we will announce changes to the list and on Instagram as early as we can.

Entry is subject to venue rules, capacity, and applicable law. Venues and event staff may refuse entry or remove anyone behaving in a way that puts other guests or staff at risk.

Artist applications

Submitting an application is not an offer, a booking, or a guarantee of a slot. We review applications and respond by email to the address you provide.

You confirm that you own or control the music and video you link to, and that you have the right to share it with us for the purpose of being considered. We do not claim ownership of your work by receiving an application.

Photography at events

Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending, you understand that you may appear in photos or video used to promote future events. If you would rather not appear, tell a member of staff or email privacy@hosevents.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Using this site

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape or otherwise interfere with this site or its forms. Do not submit information that is not yours to submit.

The House of Saints name, logo, flyers, photography and site design belong to us and may not be used commercially without permission.

Liability

This site is provided as is. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee either. To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Saints is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site.

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States.
