Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 September 2026
This policy explains what House of Saints collects when you join a list or apply to perform, what we do with it, and how to get out. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Who we are
House of Saints runs 18+ events and college parties in Providence, Rhode Island, United States, including the Sincerely 18 and Sainthood event series. This website, hosevents.com, is operated by House of Saints.
For anything in this policy, contact privacy@hosevents.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site:
- First name, so messages can be addressed to you.
- Mobile phone number, to send you event announcements and presale information by text.
- Email address, where a form asks for one. Optional on most forms.
- Artist application details, if you apply to perform: your artist name, links to your music and performance video, and the other information requested on that form.
- Basic technical information sent automatically by your browser when you submit a form: the page you submitted from and your browser type. Used to understand which pages work and to investigate abuse.
We do not collect payment information. Ticket purchases happen on our ticketing provider’s own checkout, under their privacy policy, and we never see your card details.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking pixels. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta or TikTok pixel, no advertising network code, and no cross-site tracking of any kind on hosevents.com.
We do not build advertising profiles, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell or share browsing data. There is no cookie consent banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
Our host may set strictly necessary cookies required for the site to load and stay secure. These do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising or analytics.
When you submit a form we record the page you submitted from and your browser type, as described above. That is submitted with the form itself, not gathered by a tracker following you around.
Text messages, consent, and how to stop them
We only text you if you ticked the consent box yourself. The box is never pre-ticked, and consenting to texts is never a condition of buying a ticket or of applying to perform.
The exact consent wording you agreed to is stored alongside your record, with the date and time. If that wording later changes, your record keeps the version you actually agreed to.
Messages are recurring marketing and event announcements: dates, venues, presale prices and door information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. That takes effect immediately and permanently. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email privacy@hosevents.com.
An opt-out applies to everything we send, not just the list you replied to. One STOP ends texts from every House of Saints event series at once. If you later want back on, you can sign up again through any form on this site.
Your phone number is never sold, rented or shared
No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in this policy. That information is never shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messages you asked for.
The only companies that ever touch your phone number are the service providers that make the messages work, listed below. They act on our instructions, they are contractually barred from using your information for their own marketing, and they are not permitted to sell it.
Service providers we use
- Google Firebase (Google LLC), where signup and application records are stored.
- HighLevel, the platform used to send text messages and manage contacts.
- Resend, used to send email notifications and application receipts.
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Our ticketing provider, which handles ticket sales and checkout under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information where legally required, such as in response to a valid legal request, or to protect the safety of our guests and staff.
How long we keep it
Signup records are kept while you are on the list, and after an opt-out we keep a minimal record of your number and the fact that you opted out. That is deliberate: it is the only reliable way to make sure we never text you again by accident.
To have your information deleted entirely, email privacy@hosevents.com from the address you signed up with, or include the phone number you used.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to end all messages.
- Email privacy@hosevents.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
- You never have to consent to texts to buy a ticket or to apply to perform.
Age
This site and our events are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their information, email privacy@hosevents.com and we will delete it.
Security
Signup records are not readable from this website by anyone visiting it. Every read and write goes through a protected server route, and the database is closed by default. Phone numbers cannot be scraped off this site.
No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise. If you find a security problem, email privacy@hosevents.com and we will take it seriously.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies. A change to this policy never retroactively alters the consent wording already stored against your record.
